Community Data Grid

The proprietary data platform behind everything Atlas Digital Grid builds.

Standard business registries miss most of the churches, small vendors, and grassroots organizations operating in the neighborhoods we serve. The Community Data Grid is our answer — a consent-first data platform that captures what the official record leaves out, at street level, in both the U.S. and Kenya.

What It Captures

Six categories of ground-truth data, collected with consent.

Why It's Defensible

Data platforms compound. Service wrappers don't.

Our AI-powered service niches are valuable, but they're also replicable — the underlying models are available to anyone. The Community Data Grid isn't: it's built from years of direct, consent-based field collection in neighborhoods no national registry, credit bureau, or commercial dataset covers with the same depth. That's the asset we're building for the long term.

Roadmap

From standardized schema to a licensable data product.

PHASE 1

Standardize the schema

Unify household, business, and CBO/NGO impact data into one proprietary schema across every market we operate in — no new app required yet.

PHASE 2

Proprietary collection app

Purpose-built mobile data collection, replacing third-party field tools, piloted across both our Kenya and U.S. zones.

PHASE 3

Community Health Index

A proprietary scoring layer on top of the collected data, connecting our AI service agents directly to live community indicators.

PHASE 4

External data licensing

Aggregated, anonymized access to Community Data Grid insights, offered externally as a standalone revenue line — see Data Access Licensing.

Data Access — Level 1

Aggregate Access

Aggregated, de-identified community and directory insights for partners who need reliable ground-truth signal without building their own field operation.

Data Access — Level 2

Extended Access

Deeper, more granular access to the same aggregated dataset for partners with a more involved data need — still fully consent-governed.
