The ground-level picture that national registries leave out.
Community Data Grid, mapping and directory intelligence, delivered as licensed data sets from $5,000 to $12,000.
- Consent-based and verified
- Group-level data only
- Every query logged

01 · Community Data Grid
What is in a data set
Consent-based, verified records on churches, CBOs, NGOs, PBOs, businesses, schools, clinics, water points and markets: name, type, area, registration status, year founded, capacity, and a permanent ID that follows each organization over time.

02 · Mapping
See coverage by area, not just by list
The same records plotted to roughly 1 km grid cells, so you can see coverage by area, not just by list.
- Directory Intelligence: aggregated, licensable community-condition statistics: water, energy, health-care access, schooling, livelihoods and needs, built from household data with informed consent.
Our line in the sand
What we never sell
Names, phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses. Exact household locations. Religion, marital status or exact ages. Health conditions, disability or pregnancy status. Any free-text answer. Anything from a household that said no, or later withdrew.
Pricing
How a data set is priced
Four things set the number, from $5,000 to $12,000 per data set.
01
Geography
How many wards, counties or grid cells the data set covers.
02
Freshness
A one-time snapshot, or an annual, quarterly or ongoing refresh.
03
Depth
Basic organization records, or richer fields such as needs, assets and capacity.
04
Exclusivity
Whether other buyers can license the same area, or it is yours alone.
Enforced in the software
Consent and privacy guarantees
A separate, real choice
Licensing is its own question, asked apart from participation. Saying no never changes participation or any service.
Withdraw any time
If someone changes their mind, their answers leave every licensed view, and their address and location are erased.
Small groups stay hidden
Any group under 10 households is suppressed, and small answer cells are hidden so they cannot be worked out by subtraction.
Encrypted at rest
Names, contact details, addresses and exact locations are encrypted field by field, not just the database.
Every query is logged
Each licensed request is recorded in an audit log.
Process
How the grid is built
01
Seed
Start from official registries in each country.
02
Canvass
Trained collectors walk the grid, adding the groups registries do not know.
03
Verify
Each record is checked in person, by phone or against documents, and dated.
04
License
Only consented, non-sensitive, group-level data reaches buyers.
Coverage
We report coverage by grid cell, not by adjective.
A cell counts as covered only after it has been canvassed and its records verified. Field collection begins October 2026 in Memphis, Tennessee and Nairobi, Kenya. We will not publish numbers we cannot back up.
Request a data set
Tell us your area and what you need to know, and we will scope a data set and a price with you.
